how to know version number of my operating systrb and revelant system

Plz. let me know the funtions that could be operated short key press viz. option d, pr funtions etc.

To find out which Mac OS X version you have, select About This Mac from the Apple menu.

To check version no click on apple logo > about this mac or second method hold option key > click on apple logo .

To check relevant system open spotlight & type system profiler or click on apple logo > system report .
