When you say you have 'written to you people', I have to imagine you mean you have written to Apple. We here, have no way of helping you find a lost phone. This is a user to user technical forum.

And of course, Apple do not find lost phones. They provide facilities for you to set up 'Find my phone' but if you have not taken advantage of that I'm afraid nothing can be done. I hope you have reported it to the police, especially if you have some cover with private insurance.
