Cannot search in "Global adress list" in contacts (iOS9)

Hi,

"Global Kam-adresseliste" (se photo) is our contact on our serverplace and not in Outlook.

How do it get a mark in "Global Kam-adresseliste", so I can seach for a contact on the server? I have to open the "Global Kam-adresseliste" and then seach there and only there.

When a contact listed on the server "Global Kam-adresseliste" calls me, I can't see the name, I only see the phone number.
