I have a really twisted problem with my Ipad mini

So it started 3 days ago. I went into the shower with my Ipad on the sink playing some music on Youtube and occasionally i would press "Skip Ad" with my wet finger. I do this on occasions and nothing bad really happens. So after I was done it was still fine then i turned it off and when i went back to play NBA on my Ipad the lock button, ringer button and the volume buttons were going crazy. Lock button would forcefully shut my Ipad and sometimes tell me to fully turn it off. Volume was just acting like its buttons are being held down and the ringer is just crazy. So i search whay could be the problem and i found out that it could have been moisture could have got in i was kinda skeptical because i was taking a cold shower but still believed that there were water inside. It cant be my wet finger pressing the screen because only the upper buttons are affected home button is fine. Anyways, since i believed it was water inside i put in a bag of rice for 2 days by the window.When i checked the lock button wasnt working so i opened it using home button and got in everything was fine and even the volume was good. When i checked the ringers the Ipad suddenly turned off so i pressed the lock button an i was surprised t was working again but the. It turned off again so i turned it back on i was afraid that there is water still inside so i tried shutting it down but stopped working then it acted on its own and gave me the optikn to shut it down so i did but i remembered that lockbutton wasnt working so i panicked and tried to turn it back on when it did it showed apple logo then shut down then shlwing the apple logo in a loop it managed to stop when i was holding home and lock button together now it woldnt open what should i do? It is scond hand so no warranty
