iPhone SE, fully updated and restored as new twice.
When opening iCloud Photo Library, apart from failing to upload the photos (other question for this), also it duplicates the reserved space in the phone.
My photos/videos are 1,77 GB, and the phone presents are reserved space 3.4 GBs for Photo Gallery.
