Since it is not starting completely anymore, I recommend you try this help article: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won‘t turn on. If you are still unable to get it to load past the Apple Logo, you may wish to try the steps in this help article: If you can‘t update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
If you can get your phone to load again, please check these two articles about making space on your iPhone: Check your storage on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch and If you need more space for an iOS update.
