I forgot my security answer

Hi,

My account is ****. Now, I forgot my security answer. I have send email and you replied to me. But I can't not following your help to get a new security answer, because it asked I must have answer 2 question security answer. Please, let me know the another way to get security answer.

See the following. If you cannot use the rescue email option then you will need to contact Apple Support as instructed in If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support
