Jul 16, 2016 11:05 AM in response to hollyjolly_7by lllaass,You need an adopter that outputs VGA. If you Mac has a Thunderbolt port or mini displayport get a mini displayport>VGA adopter.
If you Mac only has an HDMI output then you need a HMI>VGA converter
The converter are more expensive than adopters. Then have to convert the digital to analogue.

Jul 16, 2016 11:36 AM in response to Csound1by hollyjolly_7,Definitely VCA. I have both an HDMI and mini displayport output on my mac. Can I use an HDMI to HDMI cord connected to a video audio converter adapter then use VCA to VCA cord to plug it in?
