The reduce volume button on my Nano 6th generation suddenly will no longer depress, so I cannot reduce the volume. Volume up works fine. I would try rebooting, but the instructions state that to do that, I must hold down the on/off button and the reduce volume button at the same time. I thought that, if the reduce volume is stuck in the depressed position, I might be able to reboot simply by holding down the on/off button. Didn't work. In any event, it appears to be a mechanical problem rather than a software problem. Has anyone else had this problem?
