App choice in split-screen
Can I modify which apps appear in the split-screen? I have a lot of apps on my iPad and I don't want to have to pick between 50 apps every time by scrolling up and down, when I just need 8.

You can only use two apps at a time in split screen > About Multitasking on your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
You can use Split View with multiple apps, like Safari, Notes, Photos, Calendar, and more. Split View isn't available with all apps.
