I can not remember the Apple ID, but I remember the rescue Mail Send other things !!

I remember e-rescue and date of birth, address

But there is a breach of my mail and now my mobile iPhone 6s Plus screen appears asks me to do I activate the iPhone

When I enter the Apple ID that says there is a mistake ...

Unfortunately, unless you know the Apple ID, there is absolutely nothing that can be done, you cannot use your mobile device. You may be able to find your Apple ID at Look up your old and forgotten Apple ID
