i I set a picture of my grand daughter as my set screen on my IPhone 6 and for days it has been great. Then all of a sudden today you can tell it is the same but blurred out. I have not changed anything. the save battery is not on either so that is not it. Anyone have any suggestions?

Try a Reset: Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least 10 seconds, until the Apple logo appears. -- Note: No Data will be lost. This helps with most sofware issues.
Next I would try to reset the wallpaper and see if the issue replicates itself.
