App Store/Billing Info

Tried downloading/updating apps but app store keeps redirecting me to a window regarding my billing information. When I type it in, it tells me my information is incorrect. Any clues on what to do?

What is the exact text of the error message of that you are getting ? And the card is registered to the same name and address (including layout and spacing) as on your iTunes account ? To download updates you could try logging into the account (not when trying to download something) and see if you get the 'none' option so that you can remove the card (you could then try adding the card's details from scratch, or try a different card, or leave it as 'none') : Change or remove your Apple ID payment information - Apple Support
