I can't log into FaceTime on my Macbook Pro!

Hello everyone,

I have the problem that I can't log into my FaceTime app for longer now, thought there will come an update but it never came.

So is there any way to solve this problem, does anyone has an idea hoe to fix it?

MacBook Pro (15-inch Late 2011), OS X El Capitan (10.11.5)

I have tried anything that is listed on the troubleshooting page but it still doesn't work...
