Q: Password recovery

I forgot the password for email account "me.com" and can't sync the account on PC! What should I do?

Thanks for the response! I tried that link before posting a question and it reset the password for Apple ID not the password for the email! Not sure did I set a different password for the email account or its set automatically as the same as the password for the apple ID! Anyhow I tried to sync wth Apple ID but it doesn't work! any other suggestions? Anything will help! Thanks!
