Q: offline music help

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue with Apple Music on my Android device. Specifically, when I have Apple Music download my music for offline play, while it starts any song I've selected in any playlist, it won't finish the song and move onto the next song. The progress bar just hangs there at the last few seconds and I would have to manually make it move onto the following songs individually. I've already checked to see if repeat or shuffle was turned on, and I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, rebooting, re-downloading the songs. Anyone have an idea of what to do to fix this? Thanks.

    Hi,

     

    Thanks for the suggestions. I can report I've managed to partially fix the issue; when playing a song for the first time, it will continue to hang, but if I hit the double arrow button to change to the next song, it will play that song, and continue to play the rest of the playlist without any issues.
