I use an iphone 6s 16GB, coming from an andriod, am used to clearing app datas when i find out that they are eating alot of space. I Am face with the same problem here on ios, facebook for example, when i first started using it, it was about 130mb, 3 weeks later its now 615mb, thats alot of space gone with no way to clear the app data, so i'am left with deleting and installing again.

This feature is already available on iOS 9. Try Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage.

That is just to show the amount of space an app is using, you cant delete the app data without deleting the app it self.
Right you are. I suppose in some cases you could use it to delete the app and its data, then redownload the app but that isn't very efficient and may throw away data you want to keep. Use iPhone Feedback to let Apple know what you want.
