Safari shows just blank white screen. Wifi shows conection.

any suggestions?

Try clearing website data: If Safari displays a blank page or quits on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

Also, you do need to open a page, from bookmarks maybe. There's no home page in iOS Safari, unlike computers.
