How long does it take for a replacement phone To be delivered?

My phone charger blew up .I went to the apple store and they said that My phone would be delivered 3-5 days .But it still has not arrived.

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.2

Did they send you an email with a tracking number? How many days has it been?
