When I airplay there is Audio on TV but no Video
When I air play from iPad or iPhone to TV, there is Audio on TV but no video on TV. What is the fix?
What app are you trying to Air Play from? Did you enable Mirroring?

You may have an HDCP (copy protection) issue. Turn off ATV and TV, then disconnect and reconnect both ends of the HDMI cable. Turn on TV then wake up ATV. See if that helps.
Websites and third party Apps need enabling before they will allow Basic AirPlay of Video content. Some Website/App developers have not enabled their products, some simply haven't got around to it yet, others have stated that they won't be enabling AirPlay (likely as a result of licensing issues).
Mirroring doesn't need enabling and will work by default, however some developers have chosen to block AirPlay mirroring working with their apps.
