Q: apple account hacked
i have received an email with a recent purchase from apple itunes that I did not make myself. I am worried this person has access into my apple ID accoun

One possibility: there have been a number or recent reports of phishing emails -- they appear to be from Apple but are not and they are an attempt to get people to use a link in the email to log in which results in them giving away their Apple ID and password.
You can use the following information to see your actual purchase history See your purchase history in the iTunes Store on a Mac or PC - Apple Support or you can go to Report a Problem
If the purchase wasn't actually made to your account (i.e., the email was phishing) and you didn't respond to the email then you are OK.
