Jul 17, 2016 1:16 PMby Bakhtina,You can use the iCloud.com website or the Find My iPhone app from another device to erase the iPhone remotely (of course, it will have to connect to the Internet).
You can also just use recovery mode (see If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support). To activate the iPhone to use it again, you will be asked to enter your Apple ID password.
