Since you realize that your problem has nothing to do with the topic of this forum, and is violating the Terms of Use, you should expect no help.

Now I realise its improper I will go away.
If this is any indication of the Apple community temperament I will try to stay away from Apple products.

Jul 17, 2016 6:19 PM in response to tango queenby deggie,You didn't break any rules but if you owned a Land Rover would you take it to a Ford dealership to have it diagnosed and repaired? My Windows days are rusty so I would have a hard time helping you with your issue and most of the volunteers here have their expertise in iOS and iPads. It was just confusing. Could I ask how you ended up posting here rather than on the Microsoft or Disney sites?
If you do decide to buy an Apple product you usually will find most of the volunteers here much nicer and friendlier.

Your issues you were having may not have been on your computer but instead on the Disney servers that support that game. You might want to find their site and ask if there is a location where you can check their system services.
