How to get water stain out of my screen ?

SO iPhone 5s today fell into the toilet , it was on when it did I took it straight out and dried it and shook it , a few hours go by my phone was and still is working fine but the water started to build up inside Iv got spots going up the side and a big round again at the bottom right going up the middle of my phone , my phone dos start to over head , it's fine now and every things working fine just wanna get this fixed before it breaks for good , would perfer not to spend any money!

Turn it off! It's still wet. Find a jar and put your phone in dry (uncooked) rice. Let it dry out for a couple of days. Put a piece of masking or electrical tape over the charging port so rice does not get stuck in it.

Make sure your phone is completely covered in the rice. This will pull the moisture out.

Take the phone out of the case if you have one before submerging it in rice.
