My iPhone 6plus iTunes account has been disabled but it works on every other device I own. I can sign in on iPhone but if I attempt to do anything it says "your account has been disabled". Thank you

    Try resetting the App Store:

Close the App Store completely from the app switcher window by double clicking the Home button and swiping up the App Store preview pane until it disappears from the screen. Then sign out of the iTunes Store (in Settings).

Then do a forced restart. Hold down the Home and Wake/Sleep buttons at the same time for about 15-20 seconds until the Apple logo appears.

Then sign back into the iTunes Store and try downloading again.

    Hi, catsofburque!

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. Based on the information you've provided, I am understanding that your Apple ID account has been disabled. I use my Apple ID for a variety of functions, including making purchases in the iTunes Store and using iMessages on my iPhone, so I know it's important that you're able to log in. I'm happy to help!

Please go through the article below to learn what it means when your account is disabled, and how to regain access.

If your Apple ID is locked

    Have a great day!

If a forced restart did not help try a System Restore. First backup your device using iTunes. Also import your photos to your computer and copy all important data. Try restoring from backup first and testing it. If it does not help, you may have to restore as New and reconfigure from scratch as the backup could be corrupted. For this reason it is important to have your photos and data saved separately from the backup. Here are the steps for a Restore:

If the above steps do not help, you may have to have it tested at an Apple Store.
