Jul 18, 2016 10:01 AM in response to Carolyn Samitby Clique of One,If you still have issues with sending and receiving email, try removing your email account from your device and then add it back again:* 1. On your computer, sign in to your email provider’s website to verify that all of your email is there or check if your email is saved somewhere other than your iOS device. 2. On your iOS device, tap Settings > Mail, Contacts, Calendars. 3. Tap the email account you want to remove. (I have, but there is no delete button for the primary account, only for my three other verified accounts) 4. Tap Delete Account. 5. Add your account again.

Jul 18, 2016 10:31 AM in response to Clique of Oneby Demo,I Was reading this discussion and could not come up with a reason why the delete account option isn't there for you. Do you have some sort of profile on the device? Is this your own personal email account?
I'm glad you got it sorted out, but I did want to point out that rather than swiping up through a lot of emails to get to the top, just tap on the top center of the Inbox preview window, above the word Inbox, and the emails should quickly scroll back up to the top.
