Q: Mac Mini seems not to boot under no circumstances

Hello Internet. I have a 2011 Mac Mini that recently stopped booting. Weirdly the display signal seems corrupted, showing some sort of purple strips all along right after is turned on. After a while when the progress bar appears it stops around 70% and won't go any further. First I thought it was the hard drive that somehow got corrupted, so I tried making a bootable USB installer, then tried booting from an external drive which I tested in several Macs to check it worked, but this Mac mini couldn't boot. It got stuck again around 70%.

The bootable installer appeared to be the one that almost made it, cause it passed through the progress bar, but then again the display turned whitefish gray and didn't do anything else.

I also concern about the display issue. Now I'm sure is not a hardware related thing, but it is weird (at least to me) 'cause when I press Option on the keyboard to chose a bootable drive it obviously accepts keyboard and mouse input, as well as wifi and bluetooth.

Any suggestion? Thanks.
