Syncing music from iPhone to iTunes

Is there any way to transfer music from my phone to my new computer? My laptop just recently died, and I purchased a Mac Mini. There are several albums I burned onto my laptop before it died, which I have on my iPhone. I am hesitant to sync my iPhone on my new Mac Mini for fear of losing the music on my iPhone. Some of the albums I downloaded onto my laptop are only available on CD. So, were I to lose them, I'd have no way to restore them. Given that, what are my options? Thanks in advance.

You need to authorize the new Mac > Authorize your computer in iTunes - Apple Support

Then sync > Sync media between your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch and iTunes on your Mac or PC - Apple Support

It is authorized. What I'm asking about is the 'Remove and Sync' prompt that iTunes displays when I try to sync. I don't want to lose music that I now can't otherwise retrieve. Is there a way around 'Remove and Sync'?

You will need to use 3rd party software to transfer your ripped music to the Mac Mini. I use Phoneview to do this and it works quite well and I have also used TouchCopy. They are not free but it is good software to have on hand. You also need to buy an external hard drive to connect to your Mac Mini and turn on Time Machine.
