MAC Server 5.1.5 has odds extra users/groups. (bug?)

on MAC xserver hardware
I was add users name and account in server 5.1.5. after few users have added and few group name added. I check users and Group list and they seem fine. in few days later, I did not any change in server. I start to input more users. when I open Users list and I said "WHAT ****?? Where **** they come from?" I never see them before like that. I checked group list. They have extra groups that I don't add them before as well.
Seem that however hidden accounts and groups become visible.
My Question: Is there I can hide them back as before?
