Q: Forgot my security questions completely

So I made an apple id I while back and I recently purchased a iTunes card so I can download music but I completely forgot my security code and I misspelled my rescue email so now I wasted 23 dollars... I called up Apple to help me but they said I need to at least get one question right but I FORGOT. What part of forgetting does this company not get... I seriously need help or can I at least try to transfer my money into another apple account? Please I love apple but the service is really unhelpful.
