You can also try a Safe Mode by holding down the Shift key while restarting. Safe Mode launch performs clean up tacks, so it's quite slow to complete. If the Mac starts up in Safe Mode, restart it again normally.

Restarted, and hold down shift key.
NoNowso it's stuck at same loading point.

- If you do not have a backup use disk utility to restore the internal disk to an external disk so you can try to recover data.
Then format the startup disk and do a fresh install of OSX

The internal drive may have failed. What happens if you boot to Recovery and repair/First Aid the startup disk?
