Q: Apple Watch Smart Move Goal not Changing
Hi all,
The Smart Move Goal on my Apple Watch has been stuck on 2260kj for months. There have been times where i have reached my goal every day or fallen short for the whole week and it still hasnt changed.
I have seen on another thread that some people have restarted their phone and watch and others have had success with downloading the new update. I have done both and it is still stuck.
Does anyone have any solutions?

It may help to close all open apps on your iPhone and then restart both your iPhone and your watch:
- On your iPhone, double-click on the Home button, then swipe up on each app preview to close it;
- Turn both devices off together, then restart your iPhone first;
- To turn your watch off: press and hold the side button until you see the Power Off slider; drag it to turn off.
- To turn it back on: press and hold the side button until you see the Apple logo.
If the issue persists, it may help to unpair and re-pair your watch. The Watch app on your iPhone takes a backup of your watch when unpairing via the app. Choose to Restore from Backup when offered the option during set up. Most data and settings will be restored, with some exceptions (eg Apple Pay cards, passcode).
