Jul 18, 2016 5:37 AM in response to tanzzy007by Jonathan UK,Hi
Check that you have placed your Bluetooth headphones into discovery / pairing mode (refer to the manufacturer's instructions).
You may find that you first need to unpair your headphones from your iPhone (or any other device that they may already be paired with) before you can pair them with your watch.
Check also that you are following the instructions here:
It may also help, when trying to pair your headphones with your watch, to move both devices to a different location (further away from any other Bluetooth devices that may be active) and to try again there.

Jul 18, 2016 11:38 AM in response to tanzzy007by Jonathan UK,If you are concerned that the headphones may not be compatible with Apple Watch, check with the manufacturer.
Apple Watch features Bluetooth 4.0 (devices that support newer versions are backwardly compatible with this) and it supports headphones that use the A2DP Bluetooth profile.
However, some headphones may also include other features (such as a built-in media player), so may not be compatible.
