Can I charge the wireless keyboard using the charger for my IPhone?

Strictly speaking, they are not entirely universal. There are varying views but what happened to the one which came with the keyboard?

Still have the cable that can with the keyboard. Just thought it would be another way to charge the board. Could I use the cable that came with the board and plug it into the AC adapted that came with the phone??
Did you read the Apple document I linked to my answer. As I see it, the first paragraph covers the question but as I don't use an iPhone, I cannot be sure. It would likely charge at a slower rate.
Little extra. Checking further I picked this up in an Apple oriented magazine.
The headlining change between the first Magic Mouse and Magic Mouse 2, of course, is the built-in rechargeable battery versus AA slots that needed replaced frequently. Magic Mouse 2 charges using the same Lightning cable as iPhones and iPads so Apple includes the cable in the box.
