I want to set up my i phone but i do not have wifi, there is an option of I tunes,how do i go about it?

Setting up an iPhone requires a Wi-Fi connection.

Get started with iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support

After it's setup, you can use iTunes to restore from a backup.
