This chronology : When I upgrade iphone 5 i to IOS 9 which occurred even my signal is lost , after I try to upgrade via itunes that occurred even appear error 47 , what can I do while my warranty had expired , and the case is not only happened to me , some of my friends ios upgrade 9 is also the same ... and the word workshop in Indonesia , they can not fix . how responsibility apple as the provider of Ios

See this link for contacting the Authorized Service Provider for your country. Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Apple does not participate here in the forum. You will not get a response from them here.

Error 47 does not appear in the support document for error codes.

advice that is given does not support and that makes me disappointed on product iphone , after I update to iOS 9.3 that is provided by iPhone itself turned out to ruin my iphone
