Q: OSX System Integrity Protection prevents Lync 2011 from starting

When trying to start the Lync application, it directly just exits. I see following log messages:

Any ideas on how I can fix this? Or should I just accept that Lync cannot be run on OSX any longer?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Yosemite (10.10.4)
