OK, this is not very precise. Let's try and figure out what happened here.
Are you sure you are using the same Apple ID which you used to make the purchases?
Have you checked your hidden purchases? Hide and unhide iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store purchases - Apple Support
Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID, then back in?
