Q: Someone use my Apple Id

Dear All,

I received this email on Sunday, July 10 saying that someone was used my apple id to sign in to my face time and that wasn't me. I tried to change my password but I couldn't because I forgot my security questions  unfortunately and I don't know what  I should do to change my password specially the attempted of using my apple Id has repeated several times and the last one happened from 5 minutes ago.

would you please help me to change my password without security questions
