Q: Photos

My iphone 6s always says I do not have any memory so I can't take anymore pics. I went to sprint and they moved my pics over to google photos.... all my pics are still on the phone. they say if I sent them to icloud, i can't get them they are in some kind of a database and i can't just retrieve them like that. I am at a lost. I need to put my pics somewhere where I can access them easily and remove them from my phone to free up memory.

Google Photos should do that. You may have iCloud Photo Library enabled and if so please read this article carefully before you delete the photos from the phone. And first import the photos to your computer for a safe storage.
