After Downgrading from iOS 10 Beta Apple Music App Crashes When Trying to Play Music

After downgrading from the iOS 10 Beta my Apple Music library crashes the music app when any song is chosen.

I've tried to restart the device, turn off Apple Music in settings, turn off iCloud Music sync in settings, and deleted the music in the storage manger yet the list of artists and albums still appears with blank album artwork and crashes upon attempting to play any song.

I had this problem today when I had to reset my phones settings. all of my Apple Music was gone. I tried everything but when I noticed it I was at a friends and not on wifi. Nothing worked and I was irritated. When I got home and reconnected to my homes wifi everything came back the way it had been. Oddly maybe it has something to do with that. Hope that helps!
