Unable to Update to Swift 3 book in iBooks

Hello,

Apple published "Swift 3" book at link : clickhere

but I am unable to download it because its button in iBOOKS only gives me the "Read" option assuming it has been already downloaded.. but thats not true.. as "Reading it" will open the previously downloaded "Swift 2" book. Note: I had also downloaded previously the original "Swift 1" book previously in my iBooks library collection

Please help me download the latest "Swift 3" book from iBooks store in my MacOS:ElCapitan, ITunes:12.3 iBooks:1.4 XCode:7.1. I have postponed update till release of MacSierra & XCode8 to save bandwidth.
