Q: Can't edit a post in Apple Support Communities

I recently posted a question in the iPhone usage Safari community, and when I posted it I realized I hadn't updated to 9.3.3 yet, so I wanted to update and try to see if the problem is fixed, and my question redundant. If it doesn't fix it, I'd update the post to say that my device is 9.3.3 or up to date. Well it didn't fix anything so when I went to update, I also noticed in the "other details" box it still said iTunes from a previous post, which is weird. So I had to change that too. Except when I tried, it said "you can't create or update this content" or something. And I ask you, why? Why is the update function even there? And if all that information is not able to be edited by anyone, that would suck for people who forget that their "other details" box is the same as the last post, and are offering erroneous categorization information. My problem has nothing to do with iTunes, but I can't change it at all. I even tried just changing the details, because I thought maybe it read my device so it knows I made the post while on 9.3.2 and won't let me correct that info. Made no difference. ?

There is a forum glitch that throws up that error message randomly for all of us.

You can edit any post for a period 15 minutes. It could be that you were editing and that time elapsed - which is not a glitch, just bad luck.
