Q: broken display
my macbook fell off the bed and it bent the bottom right of the screen, and now i have split screen that is half black and looks like it cracked from the inside. i contacted apple support and it says i have to get a new display.
any idea how much is to get a new display for any macbook?i purchased this on january 1st 2016.

Ask your local Apple service center for that information or make an appointment at the Apple Genius Bar for service. If needed find an Apple Store - Find a Store - Apple. They will provide a diagnosis before any work is done so you can decide whether to repair it.
