Q: copied / pasted notes in regions are sometimes muted

I wonder if anyone else has noticed this?

In a song that I'm working on now, sometimes notes that I copy and paste in a region on a 'smart guitar' (Roots Rock) track are  completely silent when the song is played.

However, when I tap those notes individually, they do produce the expected sound. Their velocity slider is normal as well (not all the way to the left). The original notes that I copied them from, do not have this problem either.

When I delete such a pasted note and insert another one on the same place and having the same length and velocity using the pencil, it plays normally.

Does anyone know what causes this? Is it maybe a bug?

Thanks,

Lúthien

PS  I also noticed something that might or might not be related: I created this particular track using the autoplay function. This particular autoplay pattern uses dampened notes, so there are "mute notes" inserted on the MUTE track, at the very bottom of the region note editor. I noticed that, when in the note editor, the playhead is positioned where there's also a mute note active, all subsequent notes play muted when I tap the play button - even beyond the mute note's reach.

Incidentally, there are no mute notes active where this silent pasted notes problem occurs. It just struck me, that's all.
