Did you try to change the automatic/manual preferences?

    Settings - General - Date & Time

If the Set Automatically option is toggled on, turn it off and set the time manually.

If you had set the time manually in the past, select the option Set Automatically.

yeah, that's a known problem here. I'm currently on a vacation in Egypt and experiencing the very same problem. The best part about it is that everything gets f****d up, including Siri (setting wrong time for alarms, reminders, etc), world clock and some more.

For now, the only solution is to turn off automatic time zone and set the time manually. Also, change your time zone to Berlin/Rome/Paris/Warsaw  and everything will be workIng fine.

Egypt keeps changing DST like Taylor Swift boyfriends. One year there is a DST (with the government giving a heads up A WEEK before it starts), one year there is not. Absolutely insane. That's why the servers are not being updated, i guess.

For now, your only solution is the one presented by me (at least that's what I believe)

just remember to to change it back to Egypt in a few months (I don't know exactly when your phone will 'turn off' DST so you have to check it every now and then)
