Q: Students unable to join private iTunes U course - HELP

Please assist.

Teachers have created an iTunes U course affiliated with our institution. When trying to join the course from the iTunes U app by putting in the enrollment code, many students are unable to join the course.

I think it may have to do with not being signed in to their Apple IDs or something as some students get in but others don't. We have automatic enrollment turned on, we have the course associated with the school institution.

Please help!

    One thing that may help is to have students verify their iTunes Store accounts.

     

    1. From iTunes U, have the student logout of iTunes U.
    2. Launch Settings, go to "iTunes & App Stores". If the student is logged into the Store, have them logout, then log back in.
    3. Launch App Store, and have them download a free app.
    4. Finally, launch iTunes U again.
