Weird Netflix sign in problem

Alright.

So I recently signed up for Netflix like THIS week. I have no problems signing in on my desktop, laptop, or PlayStation 4. However, when it comes to my iPhone 5S, that's where it gets weird. I have no problem signing into my girlfriend's account on my phone, but I can't sign into mine? It's only my account that I can't sign into. Every time I try to log into my account I get this same message. Help please?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.3

I have. They sent me information for error code 1011. I tried everything, nothing worked. This is why I came here.

What did Netflix tell you about their service and app sign in? Netflix is not an Apple product.

Maybe try deleting the app and reinstalling. Sometimes that works.
