Paid 2.99 for the Prisma photo app, when it finished downloading I found it had downloaded a pretty useless app called Radio. How do I get a bizarre error like that corrected?
You can report a problem to Apple.

The real Prisma app is free from Prisma Labs Inc. and can be found in the iPhone Only section of the App Store (works fine on an iPad). What you downloaded was a bait and switch app posted by a criminal, who used the ad pictures for the real Prisma, and even posted 12 fake positive reviews. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, log in with your Apple ID and PW, and you will see your purchased apps. You will see a Report A Problem button next to the app. Report this as the bait and switch piece of crap that it is, and don't hesitate to bash Apple for allowing criminals to post to the App Store without proper moderating. After you report the problem you are presented with a button that allows you to request a refund.
