Q: the charge is slowly seeping out of the phone and no connection charges it.

so was reading the times on an app tonite when audio started playing quite loudly though i wasn't trying to view a video. as the phone was low on power I plugged it in. it has a mophie charger.  no sound to signify incoming power.  tried a variety of different power sources without the mophie but the phone is simply draining out.
